3. Blueberries:

Blueberries are one of the best fruits in the world which are rich in nutrients that can regulate blood pressure, boost metabolism, and improve memory, concentration as well as focus. Blueberries are a nice addition to oatmeal, or you can eat them in a fruit salad.

4. Watermelon:

Adding watermelon to your breakfast list is an excellent idea. Watermelons are full of water and lycopene which supports heart and eye health.

5. Honey:

6. Buckwheat

1. Citrus Fruits:

2.Spicy Food:

It contains a huge amount of magnesium when on an empty stomach can slip into your bloodstream and cause heart issues in later life.

4.Sodas and Carbonated Beverages:

Sodas and carbonated drinks are one of the worst choices you can make in the morning as they are high in sugar and will slow down the metabolism and lead to bloating.
