#1. Plank Crunch – Sideways:

The difficulty level for this workout is greater than others, but it is an excellent work out to get rid of the love handles.

How to Do:

>> Lie sideways and lift the upper body on the left elbow and legs over each other.
>> Now lift your hips to have your head, hips & legs in a straight line (the plank position).
>> place the right hand over the head with elbow folded.
>> Now just lift your right leg and bend your right elbow to touch both.
>> Hold for 2 seconds & get back to plank position.
>> Do this on both sides for 20 times in sets of 10.See results in 4-5 weeks ‘time.

#2.Bicycle Crunch:

Bicycle crunches help lower the waistline and visibly reduce love handles in 3-4 weeks of continuous exercise.

How to Do:

>> Lie flat on the back and pull the legs inwards with knees folded and hands over the head.
>> Now lift the right leg and try to touch the knees to the left elbow, lift upper body simultaneously.
>> Get back to normal position and repeat with the other leg.
>> Do this 25-30 times for both the sides.

#3.Side Squats:

Side squats target the hips and waistline, tone the lower body.

How to Do:

>> Stand with legs parted wide and hands in front.
>> Now placed all the weight on the left leg and bend it to the knee.
>> The goal should be to sit on the left foot with knees folded and the right leg spread out.
>> 20 squats should be performed on each leg.

#4. Side Kicks:

Side Kicks also reduce the love handles & are an excellent cardio exercise for warm up.

How to Do:

>> Stand with legs wide apart and toes pointed to the front wall.
>> Keep the upper body straight, lift the right leg on the side as high as possible.
>> Bring back to initial position & repeat on the other side.
>> Do this 25 times on each side.

#5.Donkey Kicks – Sideways:

It is an excellent workout for the lower body.

How to Do:

>> Let down on all fours with the face looking at the wall at the front.
>> Now lift the right knee and kick to the sides, so the left thigh is parallel to the side floor.
>> Bring back to position and repeat 10 times before changing legs.
>> Do at least 3 sets of 10 kicks each day.
