What you will need to do this:
Workout place: a bed.
Workout duration: 3 minutes.
When to work out: after you wake up or before going to bed at night.
Frequency: every day.
So let’s start:
No 1: Front of your thighs.
First, you should lay flat on your back and arms down on both sides of the body. Raise your legs so that they make a 90-degree angle with your body.
Don’t bend your knees and Pull your toes up. Now you should bend your knee until it touches your buttocks and get to the previous position. While doing the exercise, keep your knees together. Do this 10 times for each leg. This move will help you to tone up the front of your thighs.
No 2: Back of your thighs.
This exercise consists of 2 parts.
To perform the first one: you should lie on your back, legs raised and toes pulled toward your body. Now Hold your knees together, and bend your knees one by one. It is Important that your toes should always be pulled toward your body, and your heels should reach your buttocks. Do this 10 times for each leg.
To perform the second part: lying on your back, legs raised and a little bit bent at the knees. Keep your toes pointing upwards. Now raise your buttocks and swing your legs towards your body and back. Do this 10 times.
No 3: Tone your inner thigh area.
This is the last exercise and this will help you to tone your inner thigh area. Lying on your back, keeping your legs raised and crossed with your right leg over your left leg. Now you should bend your knees keeping your legs crossed and get to the previous position. Do this 10 times with your right leg in the upper position and 10 times with your left leg in the upper position.
So, as you can see, everything is much easier than you think. Even if you don’t have enough time to attend a gym, you can get your body due to simple exercises that you can easily do at home.
